The implementation involved deploying a Microsoft Azure server environment complemented by an M365 Intune setup. This transition delivered multiple advantages. Microsoft Azure provides advanced security features that safeguard Freightlink’s data and applications from potential threats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of critical information. The cloud environment also allows for seamless scalability, enabling the company to quickly adjust resources in response to changing business demands without the need for extensive infrastructure modifications. Additionally, with Azure and M365 Intune, employees can securely access systems from various locations, supporting flexible working arrangements and improving overall productivity. Furthermore, migrating to the cloud reduces the need for on-site server maintenance, which decreases downtime and operational overhead, leading to more efficient and reliable IT operations.
