M Group has acquired Telent in a significant step bolstering its capabilities to address the demands of aging infrastructure by combining its existing portfolio with Telent's expertise in technology and digital solutions.

The integration of Telent's skills in mission-critical communications, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity strengthens M Group's existing service offerings in telecom, transport, water, and energy sectors.

M Group will expand its reach into adjacent sectors such as public sector, defense, emergency services, and education. Shared clients, including Transport for London (TfL), National Highways, Network Rail, Virgin Media O2, BT, EE, and Openreach, underscore the value of this strategic move.

The acquisition significantly increases M Group's digital and technology capabilities. The company's pro-forma revenue is now over GBP £3 billion. This acquisition accelerates M Group's growth momentum.
