Strengthening their delivery of housing services, the councils will now implement Totalmobile’s latest breakthrough solution, Asset Lifecycle Management (‘ALM’), to enhance their existing digital platform and drive new efficiencies in asset management.
Already benefiting from Totalmobile’s lone worker protection and job management solutions, the councils sought to further improve how they maintain and manage their 7,500+ properties across both districts.
With ALM's advanced data insights, the councils will achieve:
• Data-driven decision-making, leveraging predictive analytics to optimise maintenance and investment planning.
• Proactive asset management, reducing costly reactive repairs and extending asset life.
• Regulatory compliance assurance, ensuring assets meet all legal and safety standards.
• Enhanced service delivery, improved response times, and tenant satisfaction.
"We’re committed to continuously improving our housing services and expanding our partnership with Totalmobile is a key step in achieving that. Asset Lifecycle Management will allow us to proactively manage our assets, reduce reactive maintenance, and improve the overall experience for our tenants. By integrating ALM with our existing Totalmobile solutions, we’re creating a more intelligent, seamless platform for service delivery,” said Deborah Fenton, Director of Housing at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils.
"This latest extension of our partnership with Babergh and Mid Suffolk underscores their dedication to delivering best-in-class housing services. ALM represents a new industry asset management standard, one that moves from reactive fixes to strategic, long-term planning. We are excited to support the councils as they take this innovative leap forward,” said Chris Hornung, MD for Public Sector at Totalmobile.
