Southern Housing partners with Totalmobile to enhance property services

Totalmobile has partnered with Southern Housing, one of the UK's largest housing providers serving over 78,000 homes and 167,000 residents across the UK.

Before partnering with Totalmobile, Southern Housing faced several operational challenges, including the need to streamline its current technologies following the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing Group.

To address these challenges and enhance their property services, Southern Housing has adopted Totalmobile's leading suite of field service management solutions including, Work Order Management, Enterprise Mobility and integrated Lone Working Protection. These market-leading solutions will empower Southern Housing to optimise workforce scheduling, streamline field service management processes, ensure their employees' safety and security, and speed up housing repairs for residents.
