Independent wholesale aggregator of connectivity and provider of colocation services VeloxServ has significantly expanded its Unity Partner Portal, introducing a host of new features designed to simplify service management, improve operational efficiency and provide channel partners with greater visibility and control across their connectivity estate.
The latest developments form part of VeloxServ’s ongoing investment in digital innovation, with further enhancements already scheduled to be released over the coming weeks.
The Unity Partner Portal now enables partners to search availability across all integrated supplier networks from a single interface, removing the need to access multiple supplier portals and making it easier to identify the most appropriate connectivity solution for every customer.
Partners can also benefit from fully integrated end-to-end ordering, allowing the complete order journey to be managed within Unity, while new real-time order monitoring capabilities provide greater visibility of delivery progress and the ability to request updates directly through the platform.
Operational support has also been strengthened through integrated diagnostics for CityFibre, Vodafone and ITS services, enabling partners to investigate and resolve issues more quickly without leaving the portal.
Additional functionality now available includes enhanced user profile management, improved invoice visibility and an API that has entered testing, paving the way for partners to integrate Unity directly with their own business systems and automate routine workflows.
Steven Wood, head of sales at VeloxServ, said: “Our objective has always been to remove complexity for our partners. As our supplier portfolio continues to grow, it’s increasingly important that partners have a single platform that brings everything together in one place.

“The latest enhancements to Unity are all about improving efficiency, reducing administration and giving partners the tools they need to deliver an even better experience for their customers. Rather than switching between multiple supplier systems, Unity provides a streamlined, centralised platform that helps partners work smarter.
“This is just one phase of our ongoing development programme, and we’re excited to bring even more powerful capabilities to the platform over the coming weeks.”
Among the next developments planned for Unity are Estate Management, providing partners with a comprehensive view of their customer services from a single dashboard, together with the migration of historically manually placed orders into the portal to create a complete service inventory.
VeloxServ is also preparing to introduce Radius Management functionality, enabling partners to view live usage information, monitor online and offline status, and suspend user sessions directly through Unity, providing faster operational control and improved customer support.
The continued evolution of Unity reflects VeloxServ’s wider strategy of investing in technology that enables partners to reduce administration, automate processes and access an expanding portfolio of wholesale connectivity services through a single, easy-to-use platform.
As the platform continues to develop, VeloxServ expects Unity to become an increasingly powerful operational hub for ISPs, MSPs and channel partners looking to simplify service management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
