TP secures continued and expanded role on UK Crown Commercial Service Framework

Leading citizen experience and digital business services provider, TP, has announced its successful reappointment onto the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6295 framework, securing places in both Lot 1 (Citizen Experience) and Lot 2 (Business Services).

This milestone underscores TP’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality citizen-facing and back-office services across the UK public sector. Notably, TP was one of the original suppliers to Lot 1 when the framework launched in 2015 and remains its largest contractor by contract value. Its appointment to Lot 2 marks a significant expansion, leveraging its extensive expertise in core business support functions.

Lot 1 enables government and public sector organisations to access scalable contact centre services — covering both live agent and digital channels — as well as transformation consultancy and process administration. Lot 2 focuses on providing specialised back-office support, including HR, financial administration, payroll, and procurement services. By securing both Lots, TP reinforces its strategic position as a comprehensive partner capable of supporting a wide range of citizen and business services.

TP has worked in partnership with CCS as a provider of customer experience and digital services across every iteration of the framework since 2015. As longstanding promoters of the framework, we are delighted to now also be part of the Business Services Lot for the first time. We look forward to continuing our proactive support to CCS and public sector clients in the upcoming term,” said Rachel Robinson, Chief Client Officer for Public Sector at TP.
