Totalmobile has announced a strategic partnership with Sopra Steria aimed at improving the speed, efficiency, and quality of field operations within public sector organizations.

By integrating Totalmobile’s advanced field service management (FSM) platform with Sopra Steria’s extensive experience in public sector transformation, the collaboration seeks to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making and enhance frontline service delivery.

The partnership is already underway with a major joint project focused on the UK public safety sector, leveraging Sopra Steria’s market-leading Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software, STORM, to complement Totalmobile’s innovative Field First platform. This combination is designed to enable smarter, real-time workforce management, offering enhanced visibility, faster scheduling, and streamlined mobile workflows for field teams. The initiative has the potential to expand into additional sectors and geographic regions over time.

James Bouch, Head of Global Alliances at Totalmobile, emphasized the relevance of the partnership amid increasing pressures on public sector teams, including police forces, to do more with less.

“By combining Sopra Steria’s consulting expertise with our cutting-edge Field First platform, we’re equipping public sector organizations with the tools they need to respond quickly, operate more efficiently, and deliver higher-quality services to the community,” said Bouch.

The collaboration aims to deliver measurable benefits such as reduced delays, lower operational costs, and improved service performance for field-based teams and managers.

“We look forward to combining our strengths to create innovative solutions that foster more efficient, productive, and resilient public services,” said Paul Bergin, Managing Director of the Public Safety Group at Sopra Steria.
