Full-fibre broadband provider toob has announced a new partnership with Phonely, a UK-based VoIP company, to enhance voice communication options for customers across England and Scotland.

This collaboration allows toob to refer customers to Phonely’s trusted VoIP services while continuing to focus on delivering ultrafast, reliable internet connectivity.

Under this partnership, both new and existing customers can add Phonely’s VoIP service, which offers crystal-clear calls, advanced features, and flexible packages—all delivered over toob’s full-fibre network. Customers can also retain their existing phone numbers, ensuring a seamless upgrade without disrupting how they stay connected.

Phonely’s VoIP packages start from just £9.97 a month, with features including scam protection, automatic call blocking, call forwarding via the Phonely app, and quick setup designed to get users connected in minutes.

Nick Parbutt, CEO and Founder of toob, commented: “Delivering reliable, affordable connectivity is at the heart of what we do. Partnering with Phonely ensures our customers’ voice needs are support by a trusted provider, while we stay focused on providing award-winning broadband.”

Bryn Thompson, Director of Phonely, added: “As the UK moves towards digital voice services, it’s vital that customers have a simple, dependable way to stay connected. Partnering with toob allows us to deliver a high-quality VoIP solution that’s easy to set up and packed with useful features. Together, we’re making the transition straightforward and stress-free.”
