Onecom, UK independent business communications technology specialist, has won three awards in the annual Vodafone Partner Awards – including Vodafone’s Strategic Partner of the Year accolade for the 16th consecutive year.

The award, Vodafone’s highest honour for business-to-business partners, is contested by all Vodafone Partners and rewards exceptional customer service, sales performance, and commercial success.

Onecom also received the Innovation Partner of the Year award for CyberProtect, its fully managed cyber security solution which offers Darkweb monitoring, threat detection and identity protection for its customers.

To complete the hat-trick, the company achieved Deal of the Year for securing a 4,000-subscription, £1.6m contract with a leading UK business.

Aaron Brown, Onecom CEO, said: “We are proud to have been named Vodafone’s Strategic Partner of the Year every year since the award was introduced. Sixteen years of success doesn’t happen by accident – it’s a testament to the performance of our business and its teams, day in, day out.

“We’re proud to have also received the Deal of the Year and Innovation Awards, demonstrating our ability to provide outstanding solutions that align with the needs of our customers.

“Whether we’re keeping businesses safe through cutting-edge cyber security, or helping them communicate with customers through voice, connectivity and our recently launched Onecom Halo agentic AI workforce platform, our commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do.”

Kathryn Platt, Head of Indirect, Vodafone, said: ““Onecom continues to set the benchmark for strategic partnership in a highly competitive and fast-moving marketplace, and shares our commitment to delivering the best possible experiences for our business customers.

“I’m proud to recognise Onecom’s performance and the strength of our collaboration as we continue to build on 24 successful years together.”

Onecom, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, is the UK’s largest independent provider of business communications and IT services. It serves more than 65,000 UK businesses, employs over 900 people across 11 UK locations, and has completed 15 strategic acquisitions in the past five years, including Olive Communications, Excalibur Communications, IMS, Daly Systems, Gradwell Communications and Matrix IT.

The group generates annual revenues of approximately £220 million and is backed by LDC and Ares Management.
