UK-based Modular Mast Systems (MMS) has announced plans to expand internationally through a new partner programme, targeting telecom infrastructure providers, regional distributors and deployment specialists as operators seek faster, more scalable ways to establish and densify connectivity networks.
The move comes as demand grows for rapidly deployable 5G communications infrastructure, driven by increasing pressure on operators and service providers to support 5G densification and coverage expansion as well as deliver resilient connectivity in temporary, remote and high-risk environments.
The business is now seeking partners globally to support go-to-market activity across telecoms and critical communications, including regional distribution, technology licensing and deployment services.

Responding to infrastructure agility demands
Across the telecoms market, speed of deployment is becoming a critical infrastructure priority. MMS gives telecom operators and infrastructure partners a faster, more flexible way to deploy mast infrastructure without the significant CapEx cost, complexity and permanence of traditional tower structures.
Operators need to extend coverage, add capacity and support 5G densification at pace, but traditional mast solutions can be slow to mobilise, complex to install and commercially difficult to justify in every location.
MMS’s modular C4P mast system is a more practical alternative to legacy infrastructure where speed, scalability and flexibility are all essential.
Built using just three core components, C4P enables faster deployment, scalable mast configurations and improved operational flexibility, helping partners support customers expand coverage and capacity without the complexity of conventional tower builds.
James Pickance, MD at MMS said: “We are seeing a clear shift in the market. Customers are no longer just looking for capability, they are looking for speed, simplicity and reliability in equal measure.
Our system has been designed to remove friction from deployment, allowing teams to get infrastructure up and running quickly without compromising performance.”
Channel opportunity across multiple sectors
The opportunity extends beyond traditional telecoms too, with growing relevance across defence, blue light services and critical infrastructure providers.
MMS’ partner programme is designed to support a range of business models, including:
- Distribution partners with established customer bases and route-to-market capability
- Technology partners looking to integrate or licence modular mast solutions
- Service partners able to deliver deployment, installation and support in the field
This multi-tiered approach is intended to allow partners to align with MMS based on
their strengths and market positioning, no matter their vertical specialisms.
Growing interest from large-scale operators
The company reports increasing engagement from major defence organisations and telecom infrastructure providers, as demand rises for solutions that can support rapid deployment scenarios without the complexity of traditional systems.
This trend is expected to continue as operators look to improve resilience and responsiveness across their networks.
Focus on scalable global growth
With its partner programme now live, MMS is focused on building a network of regional partners capable of supporting growth in key international markets.
James Pickance added: “Partnership is central to our growth strategy. We are looking to work with organisations that understand their markets and can help deliver real value to customers on the ground and enable faster, more flexible infrastructure wherever it is needed.”
MMS is currently in discussions with prospective partners and is inviting expressions of interest from organisations across telecoms, defence and related sectors. The company is particularly interested in organisations with strong local market knowledge, technical expertise and the ability to support deployment at scale.
