Medallia has been named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 14 framework.

The G-Cloud 14 framework supports the UK public sector by enabling government bodies to procure cloud computing services with ease, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. As the latest version, G-Cloud 14 replaces G-Cloud 13 in the UK’s digital marketplace for public sector IT services.

Medallia’s inclusion on Lot 2 (Cloud Software) allows public sector organisations to access its leading experience platform. Government agencies will be able to access a range of Medallia’s submitted services as a result of the inclusion.

“We are thrilled to be included in the G-Cloud 14 framework,” said Nick Martin, Senior Vice President, International at Medallia. “This achievement underscores our commitment to empowering public sector organisations with our cutting-edge experience management solutions. By leveraging Medallia’s platform, public sector organisations can gain deeper insights into citizen feedback, enhance service delivery, and drive meaningful improvements. We look forward to supporting the government’s digital transformation journey by helping agencies better understand and respond to the needs of the communities they serve.”

The host services submitted by Medallia to enable public sector organisations include:
• Medallia Victim Experience Management for Police Forces
• Medallia Ideas CrowdSourcing for NHS / Local Government / Government / Police Forces
• Medallia Government Digital Experience Analytics
• Medallia Patient Experience (including Friends & Family Test)
• Medallia Government & HealthCare Employee Experience & Staff Surveys
• Medallia Government Contact Centre Suite
• Medallia Citizen Research Suite

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for the taxpayer.
